I offer Labour Priming Reflexology, a focused treatment that works with specific reflex points to help encourage the body’s natural readiness for labour. It’s an invigorating and deeply activating session, it is best complemented by a calming Foot Reflexology treatment to support balance, relaxation, and a sense of ease as you prepare for birth. I can only perform this if you have reached 39 weeks gestation and have your Midwife’s approval.
